Your jjjt account is personal to you. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials — your registered mobile number, password, and any OTP codes issued by jjjt. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances, including family members, friends, or anyone else.
jjjt will never contact you to ask for your password or full OTP code. If you receive any communication claiming to be from jjjt that requests your credentials, treat it as fraudulent and report it to support immediately.
Any activity performed using your jjjt account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is your responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact jjjt support immediately to secure the account. jjjt cannot reverse transactions that were completed before an unauthorised access was reported.
jjjt accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards issued by Pakistani banks. No other payment methods are accepted. jjjt does not accept cryptocurrency transactions.
Inactive Accounts: Accounts with a positive balance that have had no login or transaction activity for 12 consecutive months may be considered dormant. jjjt will make reasonable efforts to contact you before applying any dormancy policy to your account.
jjjt offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and VIP Club cashback. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise.
All bonus funds — including bonus credit received as part of a welcome offer, reload promotion, or any other campaign — are subject to wagering requirements. The default wagering requirement for bonus funds at jjjt is 30x the bonus amount unless the specific promotion states a different figure. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met in full.
Not all games contribute equally toward bonus wagering requirements. The following contribution rates apply by default:
The weekly cashback paid as part of the jjjt VIP Club programme is credited as bonus funds. VIP cashback carries a 5x wagering requirement before it can be withdrawn. Cashback is calculated on net losses only — if you have a net win in a given week, no cashback is generated for that period.
Bonus funds and any associated wagering requirements expire 14 days from the date the bonus was credited unless the specific promotion states otherwise. Expired bonus funds and any winnings generated from them are forfeited automatically.
jjjt takes a firm position on bonus abuse. Using bonus funds in a manner designed to exploit the terms of a promotion — including but not limited to: placing low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements with minimal game play, using duplicate accounts to claim a bonus more than once, or using promotion offers in combination with betting strategies designed to guarantee profit — is considered bonus abuse and may result in cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of winnings, and suspension of the account.
The following rules apply to all real-money gaming activity on the jjjt platform.
All casino game outcomes at jjjt are determined by a certified random number generator (RNG) that has been independently tested and verified. The published RTP (Return to Player) percentages for each game are verified figures. jjjt does not manipulate game outcomes. In the event of a game malfunction, bets placed during the malfunction period will be voided and stakes returned.
Jackpot Wins: All jackpot prizes are subject to identity verification before processing. jjjt will contact winners via their registered contact details to initiate the verification process. jjjt accepts no liability for delays in jackpot processing caused by a player's failure to respond to verification requests promptly.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on jjjt. Engaging in any of these activities — whether individually or in coordination with others — will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and pending bonuses, and may result in the matter being referred to relevant authorities.
jjjt reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including — but not limited to — cases involving: suspected fraud or money laundering, breach of these Terms, identity verification failure, and evidence of prohibited activity. In the event of a suspension, jjjt will inform the account holder via their registered contact details. Pending bonus balances will be forfeited in confirmed breach-of-terms cases. Cash balances not associated with fraudulent activity will be returned to the registered payment method after investigation.
You may request the closure of your jjjt account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Any remaining balance will be refunded to your registered payment method. Pending bonus balances will be forfeited upon voluntary closure. Self-exclusion requests — where you request that jjjt prevent you from reopening your account for a specified period — are handled under the Responsible Gaming Policy.
All content on the jjjt platform — including but not limited to: game titles, graphics, logos, brand name, website design, written content, and software — is the intellectual property of jjjt or its licensed providers. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jjjt is not liable for any losses — direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential — arising from your use of the platform, including losses arising from: interruptions to platform availability, errors in game outcomes that are subsequently corrected, delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, or losses incurred through gambling activity on the platform.
jjjt makes every reasonable effort to maintain platform availability and uptime. However, jjjt does not guarantee uninterrupted access and is not liable for losses caused by scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond jjjt's reasonable control including — but not limited to — network failures, natural disasters, or regulatory interventions.
